These terms apply to the Invoice Follow-Up Desk pilot. The pilot is designed to provide report-only receivables admin suggestions for Australian small businesses.

Pilot status

During the pilot, no fee is charged and no customer contact is made on behalf of participating businesses.

Service boundary

The pilot provides operational admin suggestions, invoice follow-up prioritisation, and draft reminder wording. It is not debt collection, legal advice, accounting advice, financial advice, or credit advice.

Participant responsibility

Participants are responsible for reviewing any suggested wording or action before using it. Participants should not upload information they are not authorised to share.

No guarantee

The pilot does not guarantee payment, recovery, improved cash flow, or any commercial outcome.
